We start with the so-called body list, because we always have it with us!

So it"s best to stand and bend down. Point your feet once, that"s the point 1!

Next, touch your knees once, that"s the point 2!
And then the thighs the next point, the 3

And on it goes. Touch your buttocks, the four letters in German, so clear, period 4
The hands touch the waist point 5 because yes the hand -5 fingers- touches!

Repeat now as soon as possible. Preferably three times!

We continue with point six, our chest

On our shoulders sit the seven dwarfs, clearly the seven

Now a little higher the neck than point eight

Then comes the face with everything that goes with it, chin, mouth, nose and eyes So everything is the nine
